Peter Hellmann’s career spans nearly 30 years. His successes began when he joined the Presley Companies, where he served as President of the builder’s Northern California Division from 1988 to 1993. Under Mr. Hellmann’s management, Presley not only built more than 2,000 homes in 23 new home communities throughout Northern California, but his division closed more than 600 homes in one year.

Upon leaving the Presley Companies, Mr. Hellmann founded Marquee Homes, which developed new communities in the greater Sacramento area, and Paramount Homes, which has both completed and ongoing projects in several Bay Area communities including San Rafael, Hayward, Martinez, Santa Rosa, Danville, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, San Ramon, Concord and Pittsburg.

Additionally, Paramount Homes has managed the entitlement process for large-scale transit-oriented developments and has developed projects for The Olson Company, a Southern California-based builder that specializes in urban master plans, urban redevelopment and for-sale affordable housing.

Mr. Hellmann has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Homebuilder’s Association of Northern California and was President of its Eastern Division in 2002. He is a member of the executive committee for The Olson Company and is a licensed California real estate broker.
